Another sports facility made of DDC cement

In Szeged, a new handball hall was built on a 28 390 m2 area by West Hungária Bau Kft., which can accommodate about 8300 people. The more than HUF 35 billion facility was handed over at the end of 2021, and includes a two-court training hall, as well as academic, dormitory and conference facilities. The supporting structure was made by Grabarics Kft. using 800 tons of Portland cement (EN 197-1 CEM I 52,5 N) provided by our company.

The Pick Arena was one of the venues for the 2022 European Men's Handball Championship.
