Aggregates are classified by particle size and consistency. They can be subdivided into the categories: natural stone aggregates (sand and gravel) and crushed aggregates (stone chippings and crushed stones). Aggregates are used in a variety of industries for a range of purposes. They are a primary component in the production of concrete and asphalt, but also serve as a filter and fill material or as a basic material for road building and railway construction.
Our Aggregates Business Line currently operates three quarries and deposit stations in the region of Northern, Central and Western Hungary, offering washed, assorted gravel and sand to the customers.
Since 2002 we use a quality management system, which was implemented according to the ISO 9001:2000 international standard followed by the ISO 14001 environmental management system in 2011. Both systems function as integral parts of the company management. The objective of these management systems is to continually secure and control our complete operation. Our primary goals are to satisfy customer needs in an economic way and to manage the use of natural resources in a sustainable way.
