Unique panoramic photos of the Vác and Beremend Plants
Dear Virtual Visitor!
I invite you to a walk in DDC’s Beremend and Vác plants, where we present the process of the production and numerous curiosities of environmental protection and technology. Thanks to the panoramic photos you can see our mines, plants and you can explore how we transform limestone to cement.
The plants of DDC Group produce cement from the limestone of the Szársomlyó Mountain and the Naszály Mountain. Beside the exploitation our co-workers continually work on the recovery and the forestation of the consumed minefield, and our objective is to create the conditions of the natural wildlife. We try to protect the minerals and rocks what evolved during the past millions of years, and for example we conserved the caves in our mines. The sequence of Beremend is completed by the photos of the dripstone cave of Nagyharsány.
