South American atmosphere in the heart of the Tokaj Hills

The Tokaj region has been enriched with another gem. The five-star hotel MINARO HOTEL TOKAJ MGALLERY was opened in 2022 and awaits its guests on 4 floors with about 100 contemporary-style rooms as well as numerous suites, meeting rooms and an event hall.

The peculiarity of the building is that the design is inspired by the style elements of Inca Empire in South America, as well as the former andesite quarry and the surrounding nature in the area. The hotel is located in the former quarry, therefore the construction was preceded by proper preparation and securing of the site.

For the project, our company provided concrete products for structural and road construction, in a total quantity of 10,000 m3 from its concrete plant located in Vámosújfalu. In the wellness area of the hotel, the increased watertightness of the concrete was achieved by adding the additive Xypex Admix C-1000.

The investment was implemented by Aktuál Bau Construction Kft., while CLC - Construct Kft. participated as a structural builder. The project was completed in summer 2021.
