OTP Bank office building
Hungary's largest commercial bank, OTP Bank, provides office workplaces and concentrated units for thousands of people with its new seven-story building named M12.
The construction of the head office on Madarász Viktor Street in the capital city began in April 2019 by Market Zrt., and the structure-ready state was completed in May 2020. In the complex, attention was also paid to environmentally conscious design: modern mechanical and electrical systems, ceiling heating and cooling, smart lighting control are used, waste heat from the heat pump is used to produce hot water, and rainwater is also recycled. Electric car chargers are also available in the parking lot.
The building, which can accommodate approximately 3,000 people, was handed over in June 2022. Our company provided 40,000 m3 of concrete for the construction works, C30/37-XC1-16-F4 and C30/37-XC3-16-F4 quality concrete products were used for the investment.
