Experience Garden

The main goal of the project of the Bártfa Primary School in Pécs is to transform the institution’s green area which is mainly used by the younger students. The reason for it is to help children to learn directly from their environment, to gather experiences from the real life, and to receive tangible and practical knowledge by partaking in everyday activities related to the protection of the environment and health.

The project has another purpose as well, which is to strengthen the school’s community network (students – parents – teachers) with the involvement of the families in the implementation, and thus create an exemplary collaboration towards a common cause. This Green Solution was supported by DDC with HUF 1.000.000.

The ceremonious handover of the project was held on 4th October, where the school and its maintaner took part. From the side of DDC, Ádám Müller plant director welcomed the participants.
